The Earth Keepers podcast is officially back for 2026 and we’re diving right into shamanic journeying and the spirit world.
I have been on quite the initiation journey over the past few years and needed some time to integrate all that has transformed in my life, but the one thing that hasn’t changed is my connection with the Spirits of the Land.
In this episode, I’ll be sharing about what shamanic journeying is, why you’d want to do it, and the most important tools you’ll need in order to journey.
If you would like me to walk you step by step through three different shamanic journeys so that you can experience the structure, guidance and discernment, I am teaching a live workshop this month where we can practice these skills together.
Mark your calendar for Thursday, February 12th at 3pm Central Time for this hands-on workshop on Zoom.
Together we will practice receiving intuitive information in a journey state, meet an animal guide in the Lower World and then experience the Middle World with the Spirits of the Land.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have the skills you need to shift your consciousness into the liminal realms and begin communicating and working with the Spirits of the Land where you live or anywhere you visit.

February 5, 2026 at 7:33 pmHi Amy, what would be an example of useful questions to ask a newly encountered spirit to see what their intentions may be, or whether they are aligned with the highest good?

February 6, 2026 at 8:30 amHi Cathy! I would suggest asking them if they are healed and healthy and connected to source energy. Typically they disappear the moment I ask that if they don’t have my highest and best good in mind.
