I've talked before about feeling pressure in my head like I’m at a high altitude when connecting with nature, the book I’m currently reading says:
“Spirit is everywhere, but there’s a sense of great pockets of air pressure wherever a strong spiritual presence exists. I notice it especially where the elementals (nature spirits) live”.
Sometimes I have to write these things down just so I can remember what the answer is to a question that I've asked of the universe.
