I dream about mountain lion a few times a year.
This time, I dreamt I was in a parking garage and looked into the bed of a pickup truck. When I did, I saw a mountain lion that appeared to be dead. It immediately jumped up and looked back at me. I was frightened and began to run across the garage. It quickly bounded out of the truck and caught up to me in seconds.
I realized that running was just delaying the inevitable – I could not outrun a mountain lion. So I stopped and turned to face it. It ran right up to me and then stopped. We looked each other in the eye and I woke up.
About mountain lion (or cougar or puma or panther), Lynn says:
“When it shows up as a totem it may be time to learn about owning your own power—albeit by trial and error. This testing is what hones your skills and strengthens your inner power.
Cougar is a solitary animal, and you may feel alone when going through these tests to prepare you for your ascent to the higher realms of knowledge and spirituality.”
To dream about a mountain lion represents lurking danger, aggression and raw emotions. You need to keep your attitude and emotions in check.
Alternatively, the mountain lion symbolizes pride and grace according to Dream Moods.
